The Refinery Supervisor is responsible for leading, directing, and facilitating the coordination of operating activities associated with the refinery in a safe, efficient, cost effective and environmentally diligent manner
- B.Tech./ B.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related stream.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of Python / Java development projects experience.
- Minimum of 4 live project roll outs.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- In-depth understanding and experience of either SDLC or PDLC.

- Oversee all operations from multiple departments, processes or shifts to ensure teams are following policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety and environmental compliance.
- Partners with environment, health and safety and food safety, quality and regulatory experts to identify the most effective approach for implementing and monitoring corporate safety policies and procedures.
- Oversee production outcomes, quantity and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.
- Partner collaboratively with appropriate centers of excellence including, but not limited to engineering and plant management, to provide input into the development of plant capital investment strategies.
- Ensure ongoing review of key performance indicators with focus on continuous improvements in site operational targets.
- Develops and oversees operational plans and monitors routine operations for all production processes for multiple departments, processes and shifts.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
You'll be familiar with agile practices and have a highly technical background, comfortable discussing detailed technical aspects of system design and implementation, whilst remaining business driven. With 5+ years of systems analysis, technical analysis, or business analysis experience, you'll have an expansive toolkit of communication techniques to enable shared, deep understanding of financial and technical concepts by diverse stakeholders with varying backgrounds and needs. In addition, you will have exposure to financial systems or accounting knowledge.
Soap Production Manager

The Production Manager oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand. As well as make sure goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards.

- Develop the new products and adjust the formulas for the existing products according to the demands of market.
- Take charge of the production department in general to achieve the company's operative and financial goals.
- Draw up a production schedule according to the sales demand & inventory level.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Set up the standards of operation, production process programs & quality standards and ensure the implement.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify training needs.
- Monitor productivity rates and ensure the production will be cost effective.
